Exhibiting at the Mind Matters Conference

Mind Matters is a two-day conference that brings together a multidisciplinary audience of survivors, family members, caregivers, and providers who discuss diverse topics and support for individuals after obtaining a brain injury. The conference features nationally renowned speakers and highlights new research, trends, practice strategies, and collaborative models of care.

Exhibitor Levels

Gold Level: $800

  • Six foot display table and two chairs
  • Two complimentary conference registrations (includes conference meals)
  • Exposure to many brain injury and healthcare professionals
  • Organization name and contact information included in the conference program
  • Organization name and logo displayed during conference breaks
  • Organization name and logo to appear on the Mind Matters conference website
  • Organization logo featured on the Mind Matters website scavenger hunt
  • Recognition as a co-sponsor of a lunch
  • Organization name prominently displayed on tent cards at each table

Silver Level: $500

  • Six foot display table and one chair
  • One complimentary conference registration (includes conference meals)
  • Exposure to many brain injury and healthcare professionals
  • Organization name and contact information included in the conference program
  • Organization name and logo displayed during conference breaks
  • Organization name and logo to appear on the Mind Matters Conference website
  • Organization logo featured on the Mind Matters website scavenger hunt

Exhibitor levels and rates are for the full conference. The North Dakota Mind Matters Conference does not offer an exhibitor rate to reflect only one conference day.

NOTE: Once you have completed the registration, email your organization name and high-resolution logo to carly.endres@und.edu by March 22.

Exhibitor Schedule

  • Setup: 7:30 – 8:30 am on March 20
  • Tear down: 4:05 – 5:00 pm on March 21
  • Space and location are determined by the order that the registration is received and the exhibitor level

Cancellations and Substitutions

All exhibitor levels are nonrefundable. No representatives, other than the person listed on this registration form as the exhibitor, are allowed to be present at your booth unless they have registered for the conference. All additional representatives MUST register for the conference.
